I reserve some sliding scale spots for people who cannot afford my full fee ($80-140). Please let me know if you’re interested.

At this time, I am not able to accept insurance. I can provide you with a superbill in order to be reimbursed if your insurance benefits cover psychotherapy sessions with an out-of-network provider. Please check with your insurance directly to confirm whether this would apply to you.

At the moment I only offer virtual, HIPAA compliant video counseling sessions to clients located in Washington state.

I work with adults and adolescents 16 and older.

A note for adolescent clients: per Washington state law, minors may receive outpatient mental health therapy if they are 13 years or older without consent of a parent or guardian. This means that I will not notify your parents without your consent. (RCW 71.34)

I require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Failure to cancel within that time frame results in a charge of your full session fee. I offer all my clients a “freebie” once a year for cancellation.
